Erie Trauma Kevin Berceli Reset Stess
Overview

Beginning my career as a counselor/therapist, I would find that some days at the office went better than others.  I was then exceptionally fortunate to have an opportunity early on in my career to experience, and be trained in, the world renowned technique of TRE® which has been named one of the leading wellness trends for 2019.  Needless to say, my time at the office began to produce improved results and the days went smoother.

By welcoming Tension / Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE)® into my work, and even expanding into Hypnosis, I came to appreciate the notion that we frequently are having normal reactions to abnormal events.  The more I understood this concept, the more enthusiastic I became to welcome these universal skills into my work.

With the use of these global techniques, both personally and professionally, I have found that reducing the disconnect between one’s mind and body promotes a feeling of calm and relaxation - the opposite of things like stress, anger, anxiety, and depression.

Without reservation, in 2013, I opened Counterpoise Solutions, LLC exclusively providing TRE® workshops and stress/trauma education services.  In 2019 I welcomed Hypnosis as one more option for people to Reset Stress!
